Unsere kleine Villa steht Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt exclusiv zur Verfügung. Weder wir als Vermieter noch Gäste sind dann im Haus. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße in Sasel und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen und verbindet dadurch ruhiges, komfortables Wohnen mit der Infrastruktur einer Großstadt. In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Saseler Markt und das attraktive Alstertaleinkaufzentrum. Die Einfahrt hat 2 Carportplätze (bei Bedarf Platz für 2 weitere Autos)

Our thatched vacation home is 800 m from the beach and is easily accessible on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

Landhaus

Our „Luxury Landhaus Friederike“ is located between the golf course and the Baltic Sea directly on the Hohwacht beech forest. The house is lovingly, colorfully and exclusively furnished. From the sauna and the lower bedroom you also have direct access to the garden, from the eastern balcony you can look into the forest life, often see deer, foxes, hear herons fighting for their nests and can follow the migration of wild birds.
