Great stay, very friendly - very clean

We had a great time, including a 1 and a half year old. The apartment was also safe for the baby and Tobi and Olivia were very attentive and kind landlords. The apartment is super clean and tidy and the sauna is very nice at the end of the day. I can only recommend this place to people coming to the area.

I have stayed at the apartment several times and each time I come to Vienna I look forward to staying here. Fabian and team has made the apartment feel like home away from home: the decor is simple and tasteful, the apartment is always spotless and 'close to godliness' clean, and has everything one might possibly need in terms of amenities (including a Nespresso machine). I am already planning my next visit!

Tina's place is pretty much as described and we (2pp) enjoyed it. Great location, bed was comfortable (very important), kitchen well equipped, nice balcony. Was worried a bit about car parking but always found a good spot. In sum, I would definitely consider this place for future visits. Appreciate that Tina is very responsive and always trying to help.

A stylish, lovingly furnished apartment with a special atmosphere – everything was clean, thoughtful and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the location is ideal: the tram stops right outside the door, and you can be in the center in 15 minutes. Thanks to the private parking, the arrival was also stress-free. Our hosts Kati, Niko and Taiko were wonderful: friendly, warm, present in contact, with perfectly organized self check-in and personal recommendations. We felt completely comfortable and went home filled with beautiful impressions. The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The system is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to grill. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

The house was as described. The furnishings are old, but still all functional and clean. Beautiful well-kept garden. Veronica even got us a high chair at our request. We were with our 4 grandchildren. They liked it too. Numerous toys are also available.

I treated myself to a 4-day break in this stylishly furnished cottage with my husband and two children. We especially liked the spacious kitchen and cozy terrace. The quiet location right next to fields was a welcome plus. The children's games and books in the living room were a special highlight. I slept with my daughter upstairs in the gallery under the roof, she was thrilled.

A fantastic accommodation to escape everyday life. Well-equipped and warm hosts who really care about their guests! We would come back again and again:)

Thank you Martin, we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in your fully equipped vacation home. For all who will read these lines: You can sleep peacefully here and have the choice of whether you want to sleep on a soft or a harder mattress. You will be awakened here by the birdsong. Pure nature, because You will then be on the edge of the city in the countryside. The Sisis Castle, i.e. the Hermes Villa in the immediate vicinity, was our favorite because only a few tourists visited this beautiful museum. Those who like to put on their hiking boots or play with their children in nature will appreciate this green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. We were in the center of Vienna in about 50 minutes by bus and then the subway. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful environment in Austrian country. House is charming and well appointed…let the wifi go👉 it’s worth it to kick back, walk, breathe, read, just hang out.

Wolf was a super nice and attentive host. We arrived with a baby, as far as I can see, he moved the furniture so that the bed was against the wall and our little one could not roll out. Windows and sockets in the house are childproof. The cottage is absolutely charming and cozy, with many loving details and a well-equipped kitchen, where nothing was really missing. The garden is heavenly... super quiet location, heavenly nature, lots of flowers and everywhere there are small hidden corners that invite you to linger. There's obviously a lot of love in it. We felt totally comfortable.

There is nothing for me to complain about, everything as described, everything great. Flawless communication and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Gladly again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace located in an idyllic, green courtyard. The flexible check-in and the electronic "key handover" also worked well. Unfortunately, the request for a second access code was not processed, but this did not lead to any major problems.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had such a pleasant stay at Johanna's apartment. The flat is specious, very well eqiupped (lightening is amazing) and the owner took care of all the details to make it cozy and comfortable. Johanna and her husband were very kind and paid special attention to our small child even bringing her fresh strawberries and bedding from their children. We will definitely consider coming back.

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.
