The house is 50 m2 and is very reminiscent of the owner. Rustic and with charming patina :-). Furnished with kitchen area, bedroom with double bed, small room with 2 bunks (194 cm long), toilet and bathroom. Outdoor shower and large terrace overlooking the water. A spider web or a fly may occur.

The location of the house in the 1st row to the beach with a common jetty makes it something very special. Large covered terrace to the east, terrace with lounge furniture to the south and terrace to the north - there are good opportunities to find a cozy corner depending on the sun and wind. The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.
