Great accommodation. Very good location and very clean place. We had all we needed in the flat and also near by. Kurt was very responsive and a flexible host. I will definitely book again when visitng next time.

Brand new and very clean house. Enchanting view of the Danube. Close to the subway, 15/20 minutes by bike to Sthephansplatz.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. Really good apartment and good communication with Barbara! She was always proactively trying to help. The location is really central and for those who are coming with car: there's good parking lot (6 min walking from the apartment) with a fair price of approx. 3.50EUR/day.

Everything was as stated, a clean and very comfortable space, a very welcoming feeling. Valeria provides an excellent stay, and made us feel right at home. The balcony is a big bonus, great views, great place for a meal, great place for a glass of wine at the end of a day of hiking and exploring . Would absolutely stay there again. Great hiking nearby, lots of really good restaurants and heurigers within walking distance.

The location was perfect for staying a night before visiting Wien. The host answered every question, the location and the parking spot were very easy to find. The view from the 11th floor is great, and the apartment is in great condition. Would definitely stay here again!

georg was a responsive host. Simple check-in. Clean and uncluttered house. The house is located in the center of the village of Modling, in the courtyard of the house there is a private parking for the car, near the house a Spar supermarket, tobacconist, and several shops and places to eat. Even a playground for children inside the park, I went with my girls every night. For Vienna downtown there are only 17 KM. In the house there is everything you need and everything looks very new. Everything is perfect, the only flaw is the mattresses, they seem a little dated (uncomfortable). Highly recommended, back

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. For questions from our side, Georg always tried to think along. If we also cooked there, we were allowed to use his extensive herb garden. On warm days of rest, we sat under the umbrella by the swimming pool.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location to explore Vienna. Apartment has all the essentials with such unique decor offering the ideal home for a vacation getaway. The parking space also made our stay seamless. The host is extremely responsive and we appreciated the easy check-in. Would highly recommend this place for anyone trying to explore Vienna.

For a short city break, the two of us spent a week in Vienna. In the obviously newly renovated and furnished apartment, everything you need was available. The location is very convenient: after a 5-minute walk you can reach the subway, which takes you to the city center or a long-distance train station in about 20 minutes. You can also walk to the Schönbrunn Palace Park in about 15 minutes. The communication with the landlord was very good, as well as the arrival and departure very easy and hassle-free. Many thanks to the landlord, the time in Vienna was a lot of fun.

David is a host second to none. He defies all established categories, be it "super-host," or whatever else you wish to come up with. He is proactive, yet not intrusive. He is engaged, yet very respectful of his guests' privacy. He is helpful, attentive, resourceful, and most definitely well prepared to assist his guests with every conceivable issue they might face, be it prior to arrival, check-in, stay, departure, and post departure. Case in point: As you can probably imagine, parking in any European city is at a premium. David's place is one of a select few that offers parking in a nearby underground facility (a 2 minute walk at the most). That in itself is already priceless! But for David, that's just not good enough. Seeing him sweet-talk a meter-maid into cutting me some slack while we moved my bags from my rental car to the apartment was priceless. The apartment is spacious, quiet, well appointed, and SQUEAKY CLEAN. I'd love to continue singing David's praises, but I'm out of ..

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

This apartment was a joy to stay in, and Sara was a fantastic host. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.
