A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

In bedroom a high quality doublebed in addition a sofa in living room convenient usable for 2 persons (1,60m). Kitchen equipment completely, bathroom with bath + washmachine. In livingroom you find SAT-TV (Astra). Towels, bedlinen, iron, toiletries for free use. On demand I try to assist to find good leasure, culture events etc

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.
