Perfect for the solo traveler looking to stay secluded or for the golf group looking to stay comfortably. There is a bed on the lower floor in a separate room with a door. On the upper floor, there are four beds in an open plan (no doors). The parking space is shared with the property owner, but there is room for more cars if needed. (Charging box available). The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
