Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Barth

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, there is everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps excellently, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but easily accessible if needed. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cozy and modernly furnished, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby beds and a high chair. The open-plan kitchen also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to enjoy beautiful dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, it will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

We were in the dune house for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much this time. The hosts are extremely friendly and eager, very quick in communication and proactive when there is a problem (we had no hot water in the bathroom for two days and we were proactively offered a price reduction). Great location, great view and when the construction site behind the house is finished, the perfect accommodation in Binz.

Our son from Singapore was visiting. Coming from Hamburg, we only had a 1-room apartment. So we booked the apartment for him from Anneliese. He only slept there. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The briefing by the caretaker was extremely friendly. Our son was very enthusiastic about Sellin and Rügen in general. Unfortunately, the time was too short. Thank you, Anneliese, for the uncomplicated booking and information in advance.

Nice cozy stay, adjacent to a small garden with seating. Fresh and clean! Host very friendly and approachable. Stay close to the center of Graal Muritz where there is all kinds of shops , restaurants and of course the beach. Extremely beautiful area for biking e.g. towards Warnemunde . This is a cozy harbor town on the beach near Rostock. We thought the area was well worthwhile. Forest , heath and beach. Thank you Boris and Caro for your hospitality and cozy apartment.

We were in the accommodation for the second time and were very satisfied again. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The view is beautiful! We felt comfortable and had wonderful days. Communication with Ines was also excellent.

We (couple with toddler and dog) felt comfortable from the beginning, the contact was uncomplicated and friendly and the apartment exactly as described and pictured. The location was perfect for us: pleasantly quiet, but everything (beach, playgrounds, forest, supermarkets) are within walking distance 👍 If it works, we'd love to come back 😊

We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

The place was great. We were 9 people (3 children here) and had plenty of space and a beautiful well-kept garden. Everything was very clean and there were even many toys for the children. Michael was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We would take the house again immediately!

Dear Daniel, the stay in your beautiful house was very quiet and relaxing. Bike tours to the Baltic Sea or to the fish stand are good to do. Rostock is also worth a visit. The extensive forest landscape invites you to take long walks. The apartment is super clean and very nicely decorated. It is quiet and communication with you was uncomplicated and cordial.

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

A great house, right on the beautiful beach. The house is bright, cozy and it has everything you need and more. Also and especially great with small children. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment was great as expected. We were greeted by two cats in a friendly manner. Everything was clean and tidy.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small, but fine. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. Parking lot from the house. Apartment is recommended

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
