The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving, and casual hug. A free space from everyday life and the speed of city life. Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
