A few steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants on Jægergårdsgade, the food market on Ingerslev, within walking distance of Strøget and Åen, close to water and forest. A large living room with sofa and dining table, and a quiet bedroom with closet space. The balcony has full sun from about 1 pm - 8 pm with a daybed, dining table and barbecue. Newly renovated home in a cozy village surrounded by meadows, rolling hills and Revs Å. The house is 150 meters from the light rail, so you can get to Odder in about five minutes or reach Aarhus and all the possibilities there in half an hour. It is 7.5 km to Saksild Strand, which is known as one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. In addition, it is only 11 km to Moesgaard Museum, 6.5 km to the fantastic Fru Møllers Mølleri and 3.5 km to Padel Laden, where you can book a court and equipment online.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving and relaxed hug. A free space from everyday life and the pace of city life. Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. Cozy apartment in Højbjerg

Nice apartment with walking distance to Moesgaard Strand, as well as a shorter walking distance to the Church Forest which leads to the memorial park. In addition, there is free access to the common garden. Lovely shopping opportunities with specialty stores at Kridthøj Torv. If you want to go into town, the bus goes right across the street. In the common garden, the neighbor's sweet, allergy-friendly dog sometimes walks. So if you're afraid of dogs and expect to be in the garden, this may not be the place.

The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.
