Our old estate is located in the middle of Rügen. We have freshly renovated a cozy apartment in the manor house. On Reischvitz, it is really dark and really quiet in the evening. A treat! When you open the window to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. Reischvitz invites you to take wonderful walks around the park. From here, you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Cozy semi-detached house "Dachs" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~ 35 square meters) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
