Historic and individual vacation on Westrügen. Beautiful, personal, small apartment in an old craftsman house from 1750 in the center of the village of Gingst. Located on the second floor, on the market side, with low wooden beam ceiling and historic windows. Away from the tourist crowds at the entrance to the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Close to nature but with infrastructure: gastronomy, organic shop, handicrafts, ceramics and a very special bookstore in the immediate neighborhood.

Our old estate is located in the middle of Rügen. We have freshly renovated a cozy apartment in the manor house. On Reischvitz, it is really dark and really quiet in the evening. A treat! When you open the window to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. Reischvitz invites you to take wonderful walks around the park. From here, you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Das komplett ebenerdige Appartement Vineta besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit integrierter, offener Küche (Vollausstattung), einem Essplatz, einer Sofaecke (mit Schlafsofa), einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Bad mit Dusche. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung gehoben. Es gibt eine aktive Lüftung und Fußbodenheizung. Das Haus befindet sich in direkter Südlage, besitzt Panoramafenster und eine möblierte Terrasse (23 m²) mit Sitzmöbeln, Sonnenliegen und Grill.

The apartment is located on a former 3-sided farm in a secluded location in the middle of meadows and fields. The cozy small apartment is suitable for 2 people and especially for dogs. It has a covered seating area and a small terrace in the middle of a beautiful 10000 m ² property. Here is absolute peace, quiet and relaxation. The hotspots Binz are 20 minutes away and the city of Bergen is only a 10-minute drive away.

This cozy house is directly on the " Little Jasmunder-Bodden" and invites you to spend the most beautiful days of the year here. It offers you two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 shower / toilet rooms. A private garden area with barbecue, beach chair and seating is at your disposal. In the large communal garden, there is a children's playground, as well as a fireplace.

Waldwagen

The forest car is on the border of our property. You can park the car on our premises, but not directly on the forest car. A forest path leads to the forest wagon. There is no electricity and running water, but full nature. There is an outdoor loo with little hearts. Here you are almost undisturbed. (“Almost” because of the birds!)
