On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed, and a bedroom. WINTER!! BITTE BEACHTEN ❄️ Übernachtung auf der Alpakaweide! Wir möchten euch einladen bei uns im Moorhus auszuspannen, zu übernachten und die Ruhe zu genießen. Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer. Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus winter garden) - now also with wifi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. In Bremerhaven city center or the dike you are within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
