In a few minutes you can reach the S-Bahn station Borgsdorf with direct connection to Berlin city center. The Berlin motorway ring A 10 is also just a 5-minute drive away.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area as an annex in a detached house. The house has a very healthy indoor climate as it is a half-timbered/clay house. The house was built in 2000. The granny annex was completely renovated in 2020.

Walks on the Lehnitzsee or through the Barnim Nature Park start right outside the door.
