Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Busshållplats finner du 200 meter från boendet där du enkelt kan ta dig fram längst kusten. You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

I ägarens hus finns tillgång till tvätt/tork, kyl/frys och litet gym. Cyklar finns att låna. Elbilsladdare finns, sek 4/kwh.

Experience a unique countryside accommodation in a 100-year-old school. The accommodation is a separate part of the house with its own entrance and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and hall. 1 minute from the E4 to Stockholm, possibility to lock bicycles and free parking for motorhome/van. These rooms are the first rooms I renovated in the house, which was quite dilapidated when I moved in and by staying here you help me so I can restore more parts of the house.
