The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm.
