The house is incredibly charming and has all the accessories you could hope for. Annette was super helpful, always available and friendly. Couldn’t recommend it better

We had a magical weekend at the former lousy hotel. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space for the large and small guests, minimalist but nicely decorated and the charm of the old building may look like. There was also a garden for shared use, a sunny accommodation in great condition. And thanks to well-insulated windows, quiet, although a street goes in front of the door. The place is also beautiful, especially the park (stair garden with forest). We will be back!

WOW just WOW, the first impression is enough. Great apartment to switch off, equipped with all the items that are necessary + many other extras. Gave us the perfect feeling to feel comfortable. So you can only recommend it!!!

We felt very comfortable in Ulrike's apartment. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Ulrike is a very friendly, pleasant and communicative hostess. She's always open to questions. It was great to be able to use the beautiful small garden overlooking the house lake and a barbecue. There is direct lake access via a jetty. The surroundings are beautiful! Our stay was very relaxed and we would love to come back.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was exactly as described - clean, stylish and very well equipped. The location was perfect, everything important was easily accessible. I spent a wonderful weekend with my friends in the lovingly furnished holiday home. We had a relaxed and all-round beautiful time. Nico and his family have designed the house with a lot of heart and a high standard of quality – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped (probably better than our own!) and left nothing to be desired when cooking. The spa area with sauna and hot tub was a real highlight and rounded off our wellness weekend perfectly. I would also like to highlight Nico's communication: always friendly, helpful and available at all times. Our wishes were all fulfilled - we could not have imagined it better. A clear recommendation - both for the house and for the great host family.

We were two families with children and had an all-around relaxing and wonderful time in the cherry garden with Kerstin & Micha. The warm welcome made us feel immediately welcome. The beautiful designed summer kitchen was top equipped and perfect for cooking & enjoying together. In the garden there were numerous seating options, many games (outdoor & indoor) and a large meadow. The bikes were also great, with which we could easily ride on the magnificent bike path to the swimming spot in Warthe and the ice cream shop (MoccaMilchEisbar) to Boitzenburg. In terms of cuisine, we also recommend a visit to Carsten in Jakobshagen! Thank you to the very nice hosts for this lovely stay. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay in this dreamy house right on the Lübbesee was fantastic. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The house is very lovingly furnished and everything we needed was available. Dörthe provided us with all the important information in advance and with the loving "operating instructions" that are available in the house, nothing can go wrong. I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

Nadja's apartment was very nice and clean. The key handover also worked wonderfully. The apartment is located in a small, beautiful backyard and is therefore very quiet. Nevertheless, it is only 3 minutes to the next subway station. Gladly again.

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

A perfect Airbnb. It’s a much bigger place than it seems in the pictures which was great for me and my friend. The WiFi was super strong for my video calls for work. Spotless apartment and building. and Tons of options for food and cafes and walking around just in the neighborhood A++
