A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!

The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor with a view and small patio. The rental part is separated from the rest of the property and with a newly renovated shower / toilet.
