You can live in the old and quiet fishing village and still be downtown quickly. Unfortunately, you cannot park on site, but there are plenty of parking lots and houses nearby and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

Private room in the heart of Flensburg. The city center is within walking distance and yet the room is quietly located in a historic courtyard. I myself only use the apartment a few days a week.
