Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Whether as a couple, family or with friends – here you will find peace, nature and a real North Sea feeling.

Small, idyllically located half-timbered house in the countryside on a park-like property. Cozy living room with open kitchen and small separate bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor. Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

The recognized spa town of Worpswede can be reached within 5 minutes by bike. And the smallest federal state in Germany is only 20 minutes away. The Schnoorviertel or the "Bremer Stadtmusikanten" are just two sights that Bremen has to offer.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

The house is an outbuilding and is located on my small farm. You have the house all to yourself. From the covered conservatory terrace you have an amazing view of fields, meadows and forest. It is a place to switch off and relax.

Our house is an old "Victorian" in a very beautiful street in the city center. 2,4 km distance to the central station/ Messe, 2,6 km to the historic center, 1,3 km to the Bürgerpark or the "Viertel" (pubs, restaurants).
