Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Nyrenoverad lägenhet i villa strax utanför Göteborg, med egen ingång och tillhörande uteplats. Parkering ingår och möjlighet att ladda elbil mot avgift. Den består av ett större sällskapsrum/kök, ett litet sovrum (utan fönster) och ett nyrenoverat badrum. Allt finns för för en bekväm vistelse, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, nytt badrum med tvättmaskin och TV med cromecast. Du bor nära skog och hav, med 10 min promenad till affärsområde med Ica, restauranger, systembolag och bageri.

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Welcome to Hjalmars cottage situated on the old yard of Ugglegården 500 m from the seaside. Enjoy tranqility on 5000 m2 partly surrounded by forest, rocks and a pond in the end of a street. Swedens most beautiful bicycle path along the coastline offers great views and connection to central Gothenburg (12 km) and to several beaches. Explore the beautiful coastal natural reserve of Amundön-island close by. The old cottage is newly renovated and equipped with a modern kitchen.
