You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

We rent our apartment here on the Baltic Sea cycling trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen,shower room , hallway and living-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities Greifswald and Stralsund are nearby. As well as the Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic Sea beaches or be active in sports.
