Diese ca. 40qm große Wohnung befindet sich in Buxtehude Neuland, direkt am Rande des Alten Landes. Fahrradausflüge durch das alte Land oder einen Bummel durch die ca. 1,3km entfernte Buxtehuder Altstadt sind von hier aus jederzeit möglich. Nach Hamburg kommt man bequem mit der S-Bahn, die circa 3 km von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Von Finkenwerder kann man gut mit der HVV Fähre zu den Landungsbrücken übersetzen, bis Finkenwerder sind es circa 12 km. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in ca. 1,5km.

The Baltic Sea and North Sea can be reached as a day trip. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

Our great place is anything but ordinary. Enjoy your stay in our exclusive tiny house with North German charm. The house is in a prime location near the Elbe and is ideal for starting tours of the Alte Land from here or getting to know Buxtehude better. The perfect location is just 1.3 km from the Neukloster S-Bahn station. From there it is only 40 minutes to the jetties! The car can be parked free of charge right outside the door.
