The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, near Balksee, surrounded by fields and horse meadows – perfect for peace and relaxation. Beautiful walking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading through the Wingst forest. Alpacas graze around the house, creating a truly special atmosphere. 2 dogs are very welcome.
