Holiday rentals with beach access in Cannaregio Canal

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Apart from the initial difficulty getting into the apartment - Luciano gave us the wrong door code - it was excellent and a great location for any trip to Venice. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom, quiet but convenient and a wonderful haven to come home to after a busy day.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking - large pots, a large pan and much more. There is even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large refrigerator and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modern and technically top-notch - TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped - shampoo, shower gel and even a hair straightener are available. The free sun loungers with umbrella are an extreme plus. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. It was also possible to exchange ideas with Alberto at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Davide's apartment in Venice. The location was excellent but also quiet - so close to so much! Davide was a great host - so helpful with lots of great tips & useful information to help us have an awesome time on Venice! We highly recommend.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and Marta’s place is definitely one of the best ones. From helpful instructions and communication before arrival to a colourfully designed clean and bright apartment with beautiful views right in the centre of Burano. Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies for having breakfast outside and for hanging things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora has provided us with an umbrella and two sunbeds on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right next to it there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved spot under the building and get anywhere on foot. It's perfect for a few days of true relaxation!!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Perfect home to stay

It was all tip top. Fast check-in even though we were too early. Completely unproblematic communication. Accommodation as described - modern, clean, completely sufficient for 3-4 people. The beach was a 10-minute walk away. Our daughter also beamed when she discovered the trampoline in the garden!

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The place is perfect! Getting to Venice is very simple from the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Elena left us very clear instructions for how all the appliances work. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We would recommend this listing.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

Beautiful apartment of good size, welcoming and generous host. The location is superb, one corner from the sea and the beach is beautiful. The view from the balcony is better than in the photos. To reach Venice, it takes at least an hour by bus and boat, the round trip costs between 25 and 28 euros. With experience, it is better to choose the boats of the same company as the buses because they are synchronized and you do not wait between the two and the departures are more frequent.

This a great apartment with sea view from balcony, bus stop in front of it and good restaurants/coffeeshops near by. The beach is less than 10mins walking. The apartment is clean and spacious. The interior is very nicely decorated with many pieces of art! Maria was always available to respond. Many thanks Maria! We really enjoyed our stay.

Good apartment recently renewed, confortable and well equipped, the plus is the two outdoors spaces and gardens that make it really nice. Located in a quite residence. Very practical to commute to Venice, 11 minutes walk to the pier and 35 minutes of Vaporetto. Giuilia with welcoming !

Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.
