Great place and hostess. Victoria is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location of this rental is great, within walking distance to the beach, and within 10 mins from just about anything Cocoa Beach related. Location is also very well kept and clean.

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

Great stay for the nearly half the cost of other places in the area. A couple steps away from beach acess where i viewed 4 rocket launches. Its also just an hour and half away from Orlando. House was clean and bigger and had more amenities than any hotel I could've rented on the beach. Great stay with good host. Highly recommend if you looking for affordable, close to the beach and want to save more towards exploring the area.
