Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Central Texas

Area was quiet away from main streets… but easy drive to downtown and wineries! Beds comfortable! Think sofa and love seat in living room needs to be moved into TV room cuz more comfortable! Think inside window in bathroom needs to be boarded up due to light of bathroom going into bunk room…. Just a suggestion! Had nice stay! It was nice comfortable stay. Thanks

The Isaac's provided just what was needed. A nice escape in a really quaint little neighborhood. Quite unexpected being so accessible to town.

House was just as pictured. Great communication from start to finish. Stayed for my daughter’s graduation it was only 4 adults ,but more than enough room for a large family. Super clean and fridge was stocked with water and snacks upon arrival. I would book again.

Check in was easy, house was clean and cozy, and very spacious. I would recommend and stay again.

Drew and his team were extremely helpful and made my stay extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend for groups looking to stay on the east side.

My husband and I loved this apartment! The hot tub was perfect after a full day of activities around town. After a horrible nights sleep at a resort the previous night we slept like babies in this bed. Mattress was soft and the area was very quiet. We couldn’t even hear our neighbors next to us. If you don’t like super soft pillows I suggest you bring your own though (we did). Place was super clean and my favorite part was the shower, perfect temperature and water pressure. The host was extremely prompt in responses and made sure to check in to make sure everything was to our liking. Rent this Airbnb now! You won’t regret it. If we make our way back to Fredericksburg we will most definitely book again.

We did a little staycation at Katherine’s place over a weekend in June. It’s a very nicely kept, nearly 100 year old home on a sleepy street that’s only a short walk away to The Pearl or St. Mary’s or a quick uber ride to downtown. Katherine was very communicative and helpful during our stay. All in all, a lovely spot for anyone wanting to stay just north of downtown!

Great place to stay at an affordable price

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

The location is perfect! You can walk to coffee, restaurants, the river, etc. Other than the large dried-in stains on the living room sofa (it needs to be reupholstered) and the lack of shelves or drawers to put clothes in, it was nice. We texted host to ask where to put trash our on 3rd night— no answer. I don’t think there is a dumpster assigned to the unit. We made do. But the host was very responsive to our other texts. Its a little overpriced. But it met our needs. We stayed 8 nights.

We had a great time staying here during our trip to San Antonio! The home was beautiful, and there were even a few complimentary snacks and bottles of wine you could purchase. We would stay here again!

Loved staying here last week. The place had a beautiful view of Austin and plenty of amenities. Location is great for going out, within walking distance of Rainey street.

It was wonderful for my purpose for being in Austin. Great views, safe, close to the venue and many great restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish there was better lighting in the seating area by the sliding glass door, but overall a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay for nearly a month. We reached out when we couldn’t find something, and received an immediate response with instructions (our oversight entirely). Apart from that, we just relaxed and used the clean and well kept space like home. It was wonderful, and we will absolutely be back.

View was amazing and the beds are super comfy!

Great apartment, lots of space. Hand location. Loved having the washing facitilies. Curtains/blinds could be better, bring an eyemask. Motorway just outside apartment but not too noisy, never kept me awake. Rooftop pool is stunning. Loved the massive fridge freezer.

We had a wonderful girls trip to Austin. Accommodations were perfect! Loved our pristine and modern condo and the amazing view of downtown Austin. Check-in and checkout was easy and there was always a staff person at the front desk if we needed anything. We loved how the building was walking distance to Ladybird Lake and the beautiful trail. We wished we had had more time so we could have gone canoeing. At arrival we were a bit disappointed that some of the areas we wanted to visit were an uber ride away. But by day 2 that wasn’t an issue at all. A short uber ride got us where we wanted to go. This was our first time in Austin and it definitely won’t be our last! We ate bbq, went to an amazing show (Esther’s Follies), listened to live bluegrass music, went to a gospel brunch, learned line dancing, visited a sculpture garden and the art museum on the UT campus, ate and drank well and shopped. But there is more we still want to explore in the wonderful city of Austin! We will be back!!

Perfect place to say! It was our second time staying here! We loved our morning walks around lady bird lake and afternoons by the amazing pool. Just a short walk into downtown it was absolutely perfect for us! With a comfortable bed and a great location we can’t wait to come back!
