The completely regular city complex represents the first realized plan city of this kind north of the Alps, thus taking on an outstanding position in the history of early childhood urban planning. The house is ideally suited for gathering friends or family gathering. 400 m² can be used. A garden, behind the house, is at your disposal.

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

STALL & STERNE - Holiday apartments in the barn In the middle of the hilly landscape of the Westerzgebirge lies the listed four-sided farm Stall & Sterne. With 240 square meters of living space, the former stable building offers enough space for large families or groups, with room for up to 13 people. On the ground floor and in the hayloft there are kitchens with good equipment and large tables, so that even larger groups can cook and eat together.

With the large garden (soccer and volleyball court, table tennis, nest swing, trampoline in the summer months) and 115 square meters of living space, it is also ideally suited for 2 families. Child-friendly amenities (high chair, baby crib, children's dishes, children's cutlery) are available. Newly renovated and furnished in 2019.

Gretels Lieblingsplatz ist in unserem Fachwerkhaus, in einer kleinen Siedlung am Rande des Zellwalds. Die Wohnung ist 32qm groß. Ihr seid mitten in der Natur, hier sagen sich Fuchs und Hase gute Nacht. Euer Quartier ist frisch renoviert und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ihr könnt in unserem großen, ursprünglichen Garten relaxen, den Spielplatz nutzen, seid aber auch schnell an der Autobahn um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

The small house furnished in a cozy and rustic style is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.
