I am Elisa, Marco's daughter, and I collaborate with him in the management of the property. Born in Chioggia, he has chosen to share with his guests the life in the street surrounded by the magic of the Venetian lagoon. The apartment, on one floor, is located in a central street and has recently been restored with fine finishes and furniture. With this accommodation in the center, your family will be close to everything. It is a stone's throw from the Vaporetto stop that allows you to reach Venice.

Location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

La Maison du Flaneur is located in the historic center of Chioggia, near the steamboat to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon. It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it's just 1 km from the beautiful Sottomarina beach. The house is located a few steps from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor you can find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
