Cozy townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not large, but nice with the possibility of, among other things, barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. There is rarely noise from my neighbors, even though we live close. Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

The house contains a large living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back room and entrance. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

Cozy cottage in beautiful surroundings near forests, cultural experiences and with Blue Flag beach 80 meters away. There are good hiking and biking trails in the area, and the calm water in the bay is ideal for water sports and swimming. At the nearby campsite, which is open in the summer, there is a bouncy castle and playground and, for a fee, mini golf, tennis, outdoor water park and shopping. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Christiansfeld is 12 km away. We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful green oasis.

Welcome to Markvænget. Here there is room for the whole family and for play and fun outside as well as inside. The home is located at the end of a quiet residential road in a small cozy and scenic town with only a 5-minute drive to the beach. There are shopping opportunities in town in Rema1000 and the specialty store Bjert Gamle Brugs. Located only 45 minutes' drive from Legoland and only 10 minutes from Kolding city, which has good restaurants, Kolding Storcenter, museums and many other child-friendly activities.

Bright apartment in a townhouse in the town of Egtved. With parking at the apartment. From here, you are about 15 minutes from Legoland, 20 minutes from Kolding and Vejle and 1 hour from Aarhus by car. Private garden with terrace, and good shopping in Egtved. In addition, there is ample opportunity for beautiful nature and cultural experiences in the nearby area. Bed linen and towels must be brought. The beds are 180 cm and 160 cm wide. Guests are responsible for final cleaning. There is a weekend bed for a child.

Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.
