Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Civitavecchia

The place was very comfortable, excellent for those who have a very early flight or a very long connection and want to rest. Transportation is really close and there are two shopping centers next door. We managed to go to the village and get to know it and it was very easy to get there.

Stefano was a wonderful host! Multiple suggestions for food or anything else. He takes pride in his property and wants you to have a wonderful experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Right near the Metro, Vatican and shopping. So convenient to everything. Had a wonderful family vacation.

Small but cozy apartment in a beautiful area, you go out and you are in a medieval village, you take a short walk and you are having breakfast by the lake. Anguillara is also connected to Rome by train, in half an hour you are at the station of San Pietro, logistically an ideal solution. Simona is kind, responsive and precise. I recommend her.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. The hosts are very welcoming, and gave good tips on local restaurants. The apartment is on a quiet street, beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Calcata alone is worth the trip. Christian's spa is an oasis of relaxation. We spent our honeymoon there and were incredibly surprised, despite the photos, how beautiful this accommodation is. We highly recommend.

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Andrea just redefined what a 5 star host should be for me. The communication was A1 for start to finish. With helpful indication on how to get there from the airport, personalized guide of local point of interest and all messaged were answered quickly. The location was amazing as well.

This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Italy and France. The apartment is HUGE... the photos don't actually show how much space you'll have in this amazing oasis in Rome! Air Conditioning worked well which was highly needed in the 95 degree heat in June. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals there. Location is also amazing. Short walk from the main train station where the high-speed trains stop. Also close to the metro (5 min walk) that we took to get to the Vatican and to other areas of Rome. Slightly longer but easy 12-15 min walk to the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants in the area and two grocery stores (one in each direction). Washer/Dryer were needed as we were nearing the end of the trip. Both worked well! Finally, the finishes throughout the apartment were really top notch. Well equipped bathrooms and the lighting design is really nice! Very stylish. Overall served our family of four well and we'd recommend

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him. Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Italia’s place was perfect!!! She sent a link to video directions on checking in which made the entire process easy. Once inside the apartment there was everything you could need. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made traveling with a group of 3 very comfortable. There was a great coffee shop across the street and we could walk to Vatican City, a metro station and a taxi stand which made seeing the sights of Rome so easy!!! Italia, herself, was truly a super host. She replied to any questions within minutes and even helped us arrange transportation from her place to the cruise port. We were there from Monday to Friday but would have loved to stay longer. All and all an excellent ecperience!!

Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment close to the Vatican, walkable in 10 mins and plenty of local buses. Daniela gave us a host of recommendations- we tried 3 of them and 100% agree they’re great places to eat - Mae for breakfast, Conviviale for dinner, both just across the road, and Mimi & Coco, hip and happening near Piazza Navone. So comfortable- we’d love to have stayed longer.
