Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

We are originally a distillery that is part of a manor with manor house, stables and manor park. Our house is located in the northeastern Speckgürtel of Berlin. Surrounded by several very large lakes (1 to 3 km long) nearby, partly on foot but always accessible by bicycle or car. The estate park begins in front of our door and stretches over several hectares with romantic avenues and large green spaces, ideal for a picnic. You are following in the footsteps of Theodor Fontane.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). My mini-loft is near these sights: Gendarmenmarkt with the Berlin Concert House, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Tiergarten, Unter den Linden, Museum Island, Schloßplatz, the TV tower, etc. - in the middle of Berlin. And this, among other things, is the special: sophisticated furnishing, dreamy view (including fantastic sunsets), short distance to the highlights or the office, high standard of security - simply everything to make you feel well.

The comfort of a hotel or a holiday resort combined with the natural environment and the freedom of a campsite. Our cabins are intended for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. (However, for 4 people it will be a little tight, possibly 2 cabins choose) There is a living area, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. Glamping is the new camping and with our wooden cabins we come to a nature experience of a special kind.
