Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

Ihr werdet die Zeit hier lieben: aufgrund der grünen Lage, des Küchentraums, der Gemütlichkeit am Kamin, der hohen Decken und Helligkeit und des traumhaften Gartens. Das Haus eignet sich gut für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern) oder auch größere Gruppen bis 6 Personen. Das Haus hat eine Solaranlage und wird aus dieser zu 80% versorgt.

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.
