Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Large deck area and enclosed garden with adjacent parking. Off road walking routes to local villages. Near Evesham and Pershore, Stratford, Worcester and Cheltenham half an hour away. Situated in the heart of the Peak District, Coombs Dale View is a cosy renovated annex with amazing views. The accommodation includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (with dishwasher), living area, plus double bedroom and separate shower/WC. Cleaning/heating included. This property is at the very top of the steepest 'high street' in the UK, and is a nature-lover's and walker's paradise; however it can feel fairly remote. If you want to be near a shop or busy town, please look elsewhere!
