Loved staying here for a second year in a row. The hideaway hut is tranquil and the perfect break from a busy life. Love nothing more than relaxing in the hot tub and listening to nature surrounding us. Thanks again for another perfect weekend away!

Fantastic peaceful no traffic lots of walks dogs loved it clean tidy bed nice .walk to pub was very good food did not want to come home very helpful and good walks.views to die for will be back soon

We spent a couple of nights at Karen’s studio, the stay was just perfect for what we needed; off road parking, comfy bed, handy kitchenette, clean bathroom and lots of amenities within the studio. Great communication with Karen and easy check in/out. We would stay again, thanks for having us. Xx

A wonderful host who is happy to go out of her way to make you feel welcome and help out whenever she can. The farm is the ultimate peaceful retreat, with only the occasional cow or lamb punctuating the serenity. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the breakfasts are amazing. Can't find anything negative to say about anything.

there were 3 /4 in our party of retirees walking the Sandstone Trail using 2 cars to get to start / end of each days walk. we stayed 3 nights. the accommodation was chosen because it was roughly halfway along the 34 mile north / south route, and just about 10 mins drive from Tarporley, which is directly on the route itself. in terms of those logistics it worked really well. the accommodation itself was just what we needed...a well equiped kitchen where we could do some breakfast and evening meals. unfortunately the weather wasnt quite warm enough to allow us sit in the garden to eat, but there was room for all of us around the dining table to eat togetger. bedrooms and bathroom were very good too. the Pheasant pub 5 mins away was very good too. warmly recommend!

We were a group of 2 families who live at opposite ends of the country and Orchard barn and Anvil cottage were the perfect meeting spot for us! We loved the breeze house and the hot tub and there were so many outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and the views. The cottage itself had everything you could need and the appliances and furnishings were all high end and spot on. The kitchen was very well equipped and a gas BBQ was available for us to use. Adam met us at check in and ran us through anything we needed to know and he offered great suggestions for things to do - the Dod and Partridge pub being a favourite! We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Our party of four adults plus a bouncy Labrador have just returned home from a two night stay in Andrew and Patrizia’s lovely property whilst attending a family Wedding close by. Prior to our arrival communications had been friendly, clear and extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were able to park easily on the drive and access the property with ease. The property is very spacious and had been cleaned to a good standard prior to our arrival. We had been left freshly baked bread, and a basket of groceries which was a lovely touch. The towels and bedlinen all smelled beautifully laundered. The garden was very safe for our lively four-legged friend which was a great comfort, and accessibility to the town centre and a fabulous park for dog-walking etc was great … just minutes away on foot. The position of the property meant traffic noise could be heard, but I felt the benefits of the position outweighed this.

Well maintained and nice place. Perfect for official travel and stay. Very clean room and washroom. If you are driving, make sure you take your umbrella / jacket with you as the parking is at a few yards away from the home. Dawn is a nice host.

We were staying for a nearby festival and could not have wanted for anything more in a place to stay. A lovely breakfast was provided including home-made bread for toast, fruit and all the things to make it a home from home. The rooms were private, immaculately clean and the bed very comfy after a hard day on our feet. Check-in and check-out were simple and painless, even though we arrived late in the evening. All in all excellent, we will definitely be coming back to stay again!

This was a base for me as I continued a long distance walk. It provided everything I needed and the host was excellent on communication and nothing was too much trouble. The other residents helped make me feel at home as well which I haven’t experienced before at a property like this. The location of the property was excellent as well just a short pleasant walk to the City Centre. All in all I would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heather’s place. She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. The place was very clean and comfortable with amazing views from our room. On top of everything the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices and specially her home made biscuits was the cherry on top.

This is a rare find in a beautiful location with exceptionally helpful and organised hosts. The breakfast was generous and sublime on both days of my stay Very comfy bed and so peaceful. I would love to return when I visit Ledbury again.

Great apartment on 2 levels in the heart of Manchester. Huge, well equipped living space with a fabulous roof terrace. Free on site parking is an added bonus. Mark met us on arrival & showed us around. A lovely, welcoming guy. It was a privilege to stay in his home & we hope to stay again in the future, thank you.

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

Jenny was a great host. Thoughtful and responsive. Great location for an easy walk into Hebden Bridge - right next to the canal towpath. Good public transport links too.

Enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. Very conveniently located in town and is in a lovely peaceful setting. The room was very nice and very comfortable in a nice garden setting. The parking space was good. We had a good evening meal at the Rutland arms just up the road. The fully cooked breakfast was plentiful and tasty and worth the short walk down the road. We would definitely return again. Thank you.

Beautifully decorated cottage, which was immaculately clean on arrival. We’d been left groceries including local bread, milk, butter, eggs and a chocolate bunny as it was Easter, which was really thoughtful. The beds were made ready and there were plenty of towels. Lots of thoughtful extras including coffee, a cafetière, toiletries, also laundry and dishwasher tablets were included. The cottage is in a lovely location, just outside the village and surrounded by countryside. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Niall was very friendly and communicated well about check-in.

Richard is an amazing host. As soon as we arrived he offered us a welcomed cup of tea. We sat in the beautiful garden chatting easily with Richard and Neil…like old friends. The accommodation was lovely…so tastefully decorated! The room is very private and quiet…overlooking the garden. Breakfast was enjoyed in the bright sun room. Richard makes delicious coffee. We wish we could have stayed longer. An absolute gem. Highly recommend Bow View!

Wendy has a beautiful home that she keeps in tip top shape. We had a great stay, especially with a dog. Wendy was very welcoming and left us to our own devices to explore the local area, with good driving distance to the Peaks.
