Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living-dining area with kitchenette (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with a large double bed (1.8 m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workplace.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
