Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Our apartment "Friesenbude" has been newly renovated and furnished. It has been furnished in the maritime living style and is inviting for relaxation with the North Sea flair. Not only the maritime style but also the garden, the quiet location and last but not least the beach proximity to the ground floor apartment make vacation feelings come up. The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, in about 1900 m. The accommodation offers a wallbox for electric cars.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Apartment Deichtraum Nessmersiel

The apartment Deichtraum is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach is about 1300m away, comfortably reachable on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment with balcony is located in downtown Emden, in a pedestrian zone. Nevertheless, it is not noisy. It is rather quiet. Nearby are shops, mostly retail. There are nostalgic lanterns on the street. Every event in Emden is within walking distance. The interesting thing about the apartment is the neighborhood. The OttoHuus is very close, about a 2-minute walk, as is the old inland port with its old traditional ships. More than worth seeing.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.
