The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Small historic thatched cottage from the 18th century! Listed thatched roof cottage right on the old Elbe dyke near Krautsand. Very quiet location in a cul-de-sac. An ideal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Right outside the door you will find the Elbe Cycle Path where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. The apartment is located directly on the dyke in a beautiful house from 1870 and was lovingly renovated and furnished by us last year. The path to the Elbe beach is only about 300 m away, once across the dike. If you are looking for a few quiet days with extensive walks or bike rides, you have come to the right place.

They are accessible through a separate entrance.
