The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

The kitchen is well equipped and has two induction plates, a small mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a smoothie maker

The apartment is at ground level, with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive können aber für € 15 pro Aufenthalt und pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Bitte gebt uns hierzu eine kurze Information. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!
