Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North and Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

An optimal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Just outside the door you will find the Elberadweg where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. My place is close to Stade, Cuxhaven and the North Sea. You can enjoy great views, dikes and the Elbe. Our region is perfect for resting from the city noise, relaxing, and there are also great bike paths and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness(swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand" 2 minutes away per week.
