A great stay and perfect breakfast! A nice bed and good shower in a particularly atmospheric farmhouse in a quiet natural green environment. Iris is doing great, communicates nicely and I would love to come back.

We received the perfect service from the owners couple. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning to travel around here.

We felt welcome with these friendly hospitable people. They have a beautiful garden with all kinds of cozy corners with unobstructed views that you can use.

Dear Linda, We enjoyed a thoroughly delightful stay at your b&b. The scenery was picturesque: an old Dutch farmhouse with a thatched roof set in a beautiful Dutch countryside. I got up for an early morning run and taking in the surrounding area was just a perfect way to start my day. Running among the canals and bridges and breathing the fresh morning air made me forget that I was running. Then I came back to a most satisfying breakfast: scrambled eggs, jam on toast, and wonderful coffee. Thank you so much for giving us an experience that we will never forget. My husband and I enjoyed our first night away without the kids after 11 years. We look forward to looking back on it. It was a very nice and warm welcome. Being able to reserve the swimming pool and sauna for yourself for an hour was super nice! The room had everything we needed (and more). Breakfast was great as well as the surroundings! 🍀🙏🌸 Thanks for a great stay!

Remco is friendly, and gave extra tips via Whatsapp. However, through the navigation we came to the wrong side and then you can't get to the right parking spot (you have to get there via a one-way road), but otherwise the service, the village with supermarket and restaurants close by!

This was the perfect end to my vacation ❤️ Despite the fact that no one else was there, I was served a delicious full breakfast in my up, made with love! Beds sleep great, and it was wonderfully clean 😀 Super nice received by Gonnie and Richard. The perfect address for when I miss the last boat home again! We were completely delighted to stay in the "Vliegtuig". The small apartment is so individually and well equipped, Frederique such a friendly host and breakfast a dream. The apartment is very quiet and even has its own small garden. It couldn't be better. Thank you!

Rosetta was so welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in making our experience comfortable. She went above and beyond to help us get my elderly mother’s luggage in as we were unable to get luggage storage we had planned. Our breakfast was amazing. She made me special and delicious low carb options as I had dietary needs. The bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was so nice. I would stay here again in a second.

Fantastic place to stay! Extremely friendly, welcoming hosts, who were also so great that they wanted to pick us up and take us to the Friese Woudenpad we walked! Beautiful quiet place with spotless and stylish room and "living room/kitchen", very warm welcome with drink, also extra possibility to order drinks/snacks, and of course the garden! Especially a piece of garden for guests, including campfire pit and gazebo. Oh and within walking distance of supermarket, restaurant and bus stop. What else do you want? In one word, great!❤️ We'll definitely be back sometime 😀

Super nice reception. Beautiful location and quiet area. The garden is wonderful, where you can quietly retreat to different places. There are chickens with fresh eggs. Breakfast is extensive and super fresh. The hosts are really very friendly and give you a warm welcome Next x I'll come a little longer!

Very nice place! You feel right at home in the jungle with peacocks and ducks as nice residents. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere yet quite close to the city center. :) The bathrooms were nicely distributed and clean. The cottage is cute to fall in love! And the bed super cozy. However, the wooden cabin is not insulated or anything else, so it gets quite fresh inside in colder months. The small electric heater is then also not strong enough to keep the room warm. With the many blankets we didn't mind, but frostbites should keep it in mind. :) We will definitely be back next year! :)

We were received in a very friendly manner. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was prepared on time and was sufficient and delicious. We felt very comfortable. Full recommendation!

My stay at Joppe was very pleasant. I came here to stay for a night in connection with my work and was able to continue my working day in the beautiful garden. Joppe was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. I was allowed to stay for dinner, we walked a bit and in the evening we had a cup of tea by the campfire. Freedom and happiness at Joppe, because he also gives you all the space to do your own thing if you don't need company. Absolutely recommended.

The 2 weeks I spent there. were very pleasant. Sylvia is a nice and open-minded person. You could talk to her easily and the relaxation factor was definitely fully achieved. I can highly recommend it.
