The apartment's best place is the balcony overlooking the forest, sea and Aarhus Island. It's usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. Living room and dining room is a large room, so there's plenty of room to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 bed, 2 mattresses/a playroom and a workplace with views of the city. The apartment is quiet and you don't hear much of the neighbors.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start your day with a dip or walk down to the local baker. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe, and restaurant scene where you can find everything you want. Each island is named after a shellfish and built with wooden cluster houses in different colors with front gardens and terraces. All the houses are located next to water - either the harbor or the canal as our holiday home on the island of Krebsen.
