The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

The fully equipped 3-room apartment is located within the old city walls, within walking distance to the pedestrian zone. One parking space is available right by the house. It has two bedrooms. One with a box-spring bed (180 cm), the other bedroom with a bunk bed. For the children, there is a toy box with various board games.
