Direkt hinter dem Grundstück beginnen die ausgewiesenen Wander-, Mountainbiketouren in den Naturpark Harz. Schwimmbad und Kurpark sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Anliegerstraße endet kurz hinter dem Grundstück am Wald.

One with a box-spring bed (180 cm), the other bedroom with a bunk bed. For the children, there is a toy box with various board games. In the apartment is a washer/dryer unit with which you can dry your laundry directly.

Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
