Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a cup of tea.

On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Herzlich willkommen in der neuen Wohnung Dackhuuske. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der Kesselschleuse Emden und den Emder Wallanlagen. Das Emder Freibad „Van-Ameren-Bad“ ist gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten am Delft und im Stadtzentrum. Ein idealer Ort um Emden und Ostfriesland zu erkunden.
