The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Your accommodation is located in the "Catharinenhof," a former estate under thatch. It is surrounded by a park-like, enchanted property and is elevated on a warft, surrounded by a moat. Your accommodation is located between Niebüll (5.5 km to the train station) and Wattenmeer (Südwesthörn swimming area 7.9 km). It is a stone's throw to the Halligen and islands and to Denmark. We have recently renovated our captain's house Boysen, an old Sylt captain's house dating back to 1784, with a lot of love for detail. In the stylishly furnished 3 rooms garden apartment, you will find space for four people on approx. 80 square meters. From the living room with two sofas you can access a cozy terrace. The two cozy bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm or 140 cm wide) and are already freshly furnished. Free parking is available.

Old Barn by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site.
