The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Meine Auszeit Horst steht für richtiges Bilderbuch Landleben. In der Nähe gibt es Kühe, Hühner, Esel und Felder. Und die Ruhe selbstverständlich auch. Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand mit toller Gastronomie Ab ca. Mai bis Herbst. Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 1,6-2 km Entfernung sind alle relevanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein KFZ sinnvoll !

A jewel in Kehdinger Moor - personally and lovingly furnished, in a brand new, but old-style country house on 8,000 square meters of land. Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, fifteen minutes to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk shops, but the apartment and kitchen are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher and much more).

The apartment is the extension of a very well maintained Kehdinger half-timbered house surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with comfortable seats and children's play equipment. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment is 2-storey, has a large living room with open, well-equipped kitchen and a large terrace on the 1st floor. Enjoy the seclusion from everyday work in the middle of bog meadows, not far from the Elbe dyke and the historic old town of Stade.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Apartment no. 1 - Krautsand

Relax on the most beautiful sandy beach along the Elbe and live on a 6,000 m² property. Peaceful apartment on the Elbe island of Krautsand. Idyllic and quiet location on a former farm for 2 people. As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness (swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand", which is 2 minutes away, for a fee of EUR 25.00 per person per week or part thereof.

Farmhouse “Lillebroers“ in the Altes Land

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
