In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. 90qm apartment by the water & castle max 5 people

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Country vacation on an old farm including fresh eggs

Are you looking for a place to slow down? Then come to Vieritz. In our small and cozy old country house you can relax. Enjoy the countryside by bike or by boat on the Havel. On our farm we have a children's playground and another one in the village. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watch (stork couple). Our chickens will also be happy to lay a few fresh breakfast eggs for you.
