Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Forte dei Marmi

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A quiet and relaxing place, perfect for regeneration. In those places, we go back in time to when we were small, time slows down and it is pleasant to appreciate wonderful views and the architecture of the village. The house is well maintained, clean and nice and Mrs. Claudia is very helpful. We'll be back.

The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants - a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Lucas' house. His warm mother Virginia and Luca himself are excellent hosts – friendly, attentive and always helpful. (And of course Dora🥰, the dog, not to forget) Everything was very clean and well maintained, you immediately felt comfortable. The garden with the lemon and olive trees is an absolute dream - ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It is also particularly nice that you can do a lot of things due to the location between mountains and sea. There are numerous attractions in the area that can be reached quickly, or you can just chill by the sea.🏖 We can recommend this house at any time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable stay. I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

Excellent accommodation close to everything on foot. The train station is less than 5 minutes away. Ideal for visiting villages. Fabio took a lot of time to give us tips to discover the region

Hidden gem with spectacular views. Very friendly and supportive hosts. Cozy getaway with everything you need. Off the beaten tracks but close enough.

A great experience staying at this lovely location. Very helpful hosts which is always very much appreciated when you are in an unfamiliar location. Went above and beyond to make us welcome. Would highly recommend this apartment. But be mindful there are quite a few steps up to accommodation and might not be ideal for everyone.

Casa Maria Rosa was perfect for our family in every way. It’s a spacious flat in a fantastic location. Keep in mind that you can’t drive your luggage all the way to the door and the nearest parking we found (paid) was a half mile from the flat (10 min walk). I understand that a taxi CAN drive your luggage all the way to the door so you might consider that if needed.

Federica is an excellent host, very kind from booking to check-in and check-out, she also always responds quickly. The house is as pictured and very clean with private parking and quiet area. She also provided us with a barbecue and bikes and was amply flexible with checkout. I highly recommend it and if there is an opportunity we will consider hearing from you. See you soon

Marco and his family are impeccable hosts who made us feel at home. Available and always responsive. House in a great location and convenient both for going to the sea and for spending a quiet day by the pool. I'd go back!

We had a wonderful 3-week stay at Luca's place. The house, surrounded by nature at the foot of the Apuan Alps, is very comfortable and very well-equipped and decorated, the garden is beautiful, it is very quiet and the nights are cool which is an asset in the middle of the summer! The location is ideal for discovering Northern Tuscany. The house is also located 20min from Forte dei Marmi a great seaside resort with beautiful beaches. And above all, go eat at Michelangelo's, in Azzano, next to the house, everything is delicious! In short, you can go to Luca's without a second thought.

We stayed at La Macina Farmhouse for ten nights in October 2024. The photos do not not truly capture how special this 16th century villa is, it is magical. There were days we did not leave the villa as it had everything we could want or need and was such a nice retreat from the cities we visited in the surrounding region. It is perfectly located in the hills above Lucca, day trips to Firenze, Sienna, Pisa, Carrara, Forte di Marmi and Parma are easy to drive to for daily adventures. The restaurants in the surrounding hills were incredible with great menus at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this property and Lucca Apartments & Villas for their exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

The villa was beautiful! Very peaceful and a great base for exploring the region. Lorenzo was very helpful before we got there and while we were there. The entry road is steep, so follow his directions on the type of car to get. Once you drive it the first time you’ll be fine!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
