Great, well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful view. In fact, it is larger than in the pictures. Very clean, the apartment is well-maintained and cozy. It is best to reach it by car, but it is also not bad on foot. To get to the aquasanta stop, you have to go through the tunnel under the street, from where the bus takes us to the very center. Raffaella responds quickly to messages, and the check-in is very efficient. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience to stay a few days in the apartment 'Two seas'. Everything was to our liking and the surroundings are fantastic. The bistro set on the balcony is of course very cozy, but it would also be nice if you could grab some more comfortable chairs with cushions after a long walk. Furthermore, everything was perfectly arranged.

I stayed at this property and I can say that it was a really nice experience. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, well organized, very nice inside and really cozy. It immediately feels like you're at home. A big thank you also to the host, kind and always available, ready to help and provide all the necessary information. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, serenity and a warm welcome.

Excellent accommodation close to everything on foot. The train station is less than 5 minutes away. Ideal for visiting villages. Fabio took a lot of time to give us tips to discover the region

After having some issues getting a bus to the accommodation, Arturo kindly picked us up when we arrived in La Spezia and took us to the accomodation. He then went through the house tour and everything there is to do and see in La Spezia with very good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas. He was also very welcoming and pleasant to converse with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean with a comfortable bed and lovely alfresco. The view from this house was incredible and I could not recommend Arturo and this accomodation enough. Definitely helped us ease into our trip. Lastly, Arturo drove us to our next bus which made it more easier for us and we greatly appreciated it.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Gloria's home was delightful! With a picturesque hill town outside the bedroom window, well-maintained gardens amongst the olive trees, and a delicious restaurant, this was a peaceful location for a vacation. Gloria was quick to communicate when we had questions and provided a flexible check-in/out when our travel plans changed. It was a great place to spend a few nights.

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. We were only here for a stopover. The accommodation is very idyllic, we felt comfortable immediately.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location to leave the car and explore Cinque Terre. 5 min walk to train, 6 min walk to large grocery store. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds. Ground floor so no stairs. Place is a bit dated but functional.
