Appartamento centrale, curato e pulito, corrispondente alla descrizione sull'annuncio. Franco ha risposto presto alle mie domande ed in maniera esaustiva. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The place is beautiful and much better than photos! There is so much space in the villa. It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are fab! The idea of shared spaces is very nice. While its up in the mountains, we didnt find it difficult getting out and about everyday. But you have to have your own transport (would not recommend without a car/bike) It was easy to park. Easy to get in and with hosts being there everyday we felt like if we needed something we could always ask. Its a very grand stay and we would definitely be looking to return. Shower room is modern along with modern kitchen, and the bedrooms with living space while having old style features are practical and well thought out. Us and our pets had a lovely time at the villa 💛

Luca war ein toller Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage und Aussicht ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt, und bei Fragen war Luca schnell erreichbar. Wir werden den Urlaub in großer Erinnerung behalten.

Wonderful place! We loved the view and stunning view of Lucca. The reception was incredibly helpful as well. They helped us book a taxi for the wedding we were attending.

What a fantastic place to stay. We loved the peaceful location and the host was great. We travelled into Florence (within 90 mins drive) to see Michelangelo's david and Pisa is around 60 minutes away. Coming back to this venue from the city is an absolute dream. The local area is also beautiful and villages around the venue are well worth exploring. Will definitely look to book venue again if travelling to this part of the world.

Ottimo struttura. Casa veramente comoda e pulita in modo impeccabile. Bagno grande con finestra. Bella camera da letto . Letti molto comodi (anche per 4 persone). Ampie anche sala e cucina. Cucina super attrezzata non manca veramente nulla. Fornito anche un kit con colazione e acqua. Presenti anche caffè sale e olio. Si può godere anche di un bel portico e zona per stare all'aperto. Posizione strategica in luogo tranquillo con possibilità di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della zona in pochissimo tempo. Parcheggio all'interno del giardino della struttura. Presenti anche biciclette moderne e ben tenute. Host molto gentile e sempre reattivo. Ha saputo accontentare ogni nostra esigenza sempre con il sorriso. Ci ha inoltre dato ottimi consigli su posti dove mangiare o da visitare. Insomma senza esagerare posso dire proprio consigliatissimo.

L' alloggio di Marco è unico nel suo genere, una casetta dotata di tutto sopra allo stabilimento balneare, proprio sulla spiaggia, offre la possibilità di mangiare nella propria terrazza privata guardando il mare, l' ottimo ristorante (pesce eccellente!!) proprio a lato dello stabilimento offre il servizio di portarti i piatti del ristorante a casa propria!!! Federico e Giuseppe sono stati eccezionali, sempre pronti e sorridenti come tutto lo staff di Marco,davvero impareggiabili, l' host inoltre si è dimostrato incredibilmente flessibile per ogni tipo di situazione davvero da 6 stelle! Matteo hat sogar bei der Anreise nach Mitternacht auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf dem riesigen geteilten Anwesen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Pool, Fitnessstudio, Liegestühle, Relax-Area). Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und Lucca ist innerhalb von 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Salvatore’s place was fantastic. One of the best places I’ve stayed while traveling. Perfect location and very well kept. I would go back anytime!

Non lascio mai commenti per hotel e ristoranti, ma questa esperienza merita qualche minuto per sottolineare l’impegno e la disponibilità di Mauro e Davide, persone squisite e oltremodo gentili. Addirittura ci hanno invitato una sera per permetterci di vedere la partita in tv. Fidatevi a occhi chiusi, un’esperienza ed un ambiente al top. Grazie ancora per l’eccezionale ospitalità.

Si bien inicialmente con la publicación no me había quedado claro que era un departamento compartido con otros huéspedes, esto no fue mayo problema. El lugar muy bien equipado, excelente limpieza. Solo no me agradó del todo la cama que era poco cómoda.

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

This apartment is so perfect for travelling around Italy. Close to the Tower (10-15 min walk) and close to some amazing eating places! We walked to the Pisa Central Station every day and went to many different towns/cities. Lucca was amazing and so was Florence. Viareggio was charming seaside town as well!! All affordable as well by train. We will definitely return x

Location meravigliosa: il nostro appartamento era molto accogliente e corrispondente alla descrizione fornita; il parco e la piscina della villa sono molto curati; i proprietari sono altrettanto disponibili e ci hanno dato consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività della zona. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per chi è in cerca di una piccola oasi in cui staccare un po' la spina! Rapporto prezzo/qualità del servizio giusto.

Consiglierei a tutti questi alloggio per le proprio vacanze! Rossella e di una gentilezza unica, ti accogli al meglio ti spiega tutto e ti consiglia tutto anche durante il soggiorno se si ha di bisogno! Alloggio curato nei minimi dettagli, e un appartamento completo come abitare nella proprio casa in quanto ha veramente tutto!!! Alloggio pulito e confortevole! Consiglio vivamente e tutti!

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! Der Aufenthalt bei Pamela war super, alles hat gut gepasst und Pamela war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Der Innenhof hat uns besonders gefallen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Am avut parte de o experiență absolut minunată la Damilu! Unitatea de cazare este curată, primitoare și amenajată cu mult bun gust, dar adevărata comoară aici sunt gazdele — Damiano și Luisa. Sunt niște oameni extraordinari, cu o căldură și o generozitate rar întâlnite. Ne-au făcut să ne simțim ca acasă din primul moment, oferindu-ne nu doar un loc confortabil de odihnă, ci și recomandări locale excelente și o atmosferă familială autentică. Se vede că pun suflet în tot ceea ce fac și asta face toată diferența. Recomand cu toată încrederea această locație celor care caută nu doar o cazare de calitate, ci și o experiență umană de neuitat. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Było cudownie! Emily jest fantastyczna i pomocna. Nie mieliśmy samochodu i Emily poleciła nam lokalnego przewodnika który robił nam zakupy! Basen duży, czysty. Jacuzzi gorące. Przystanek na przeciwko domu. Robiłyśmy wieczór panieński, było nas 7 dziewczyn. Słuchałyśmy głośno muzyki. Dookoła nikogo nie ma, jest spokój i swoboda. Polecam serdecznie!

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time at the villa. The pictures really don’t do this place justice, the plot of land is huge, not overlooked and very, very peaceful. All the amenities were as described but the real show stopper was the hosts. The family who own the property couldn’t do enough to help us. Response time was within minutes and they are just very lovely people! Perfectly located, easy to walk to local shops, restaurants and a supermarket (the location on airb&b is out and the property is actually a lot closer to the town). We had 2 people over 65 and 3 under 8 and all managed the hills with no problems. 20 mins from Lucca, 20 mins from the beaches and 20 mins from Pisa, it really is excellently located. Camiore itself is a lovely town, plenty of cafes and smaller restaurants. The ice cream shop is fantastic and the local supermarket has everything you need. I’d highly recommend this place to any family, we’ll definitely be back in the near future!
