A wonderful experience to stay a few days in the apartment 'Two seas'. Everything was to our liking and the surroundings are fantastic. The bistro set on the balcony is of course very cozy, but it would also be nice if you could grab some more comfortable chairs with cushions after a long walk. Furthermore, everything was perfectly arranged.

I stayed at this property and I can say that it was a really nice experience. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, well organized, very nice inside and really cozy. It immediately feels like you're at home. A big thank you also to the host, kind and always available, ready to help and provide all the necessary information. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, serenity and a warm welcome.

Excellent accommodation close to everything on foot. The train station is less than 5 minutes away. Ideal for visiting villages. Fabio took a lot of time to give us tips to discover the region

After having some issues getting a bus to the accommodation, Arturo kindly picked us up when we arrived in La Spezia and took us to the accomodation. He then went through the house tour and everything there is to do and see in La Spezia with very good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas. He was also very welcoming and pleasant to converse with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean with a comfortable bed and lovely alfresco. The view from this house was incredible and I could not recommend Arturo and this accomodation enough. Definitely helped us ease into our trip. Lastly, Arturo drove us to our next bus which made it more easier for us and we greatly appreciated it.

Lara is the most welcoming and heartfelt person. Our stay at La Radice couldn’t be any better really. The house and garden was amazing as well as Lara’s restaurant with the most delicious homemade food. Everything made us feel very at home. This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

We were guests in this beautiful house and we had a great time! Very helpful host, punctual in responses and very kind! Everything is super!!!

Fabrizia is an amazing host. You feel comfortable in the house, and have a beautiful view from the bedrooms! The garden is fantastic, especially to cook comfortably and enjoy the evenings. Thank You!

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, we felt very good there. Parking is a real plus for the comfort of the stay. Excellent location to leave the car and explore Cinque Terre. 5 min walk to train, 6 min walk to large grocery store. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds. Ground floor so no stairs. Place is a bit dated but functional.

Manuela is very kind, welcoming and helpful. Her house is really nice, super new and in an extremely convenient location.
